This morning, my favourite barista at my favourite @StarbucksCanada spot called me her queen as I drove up to the window.
I hope you all get to start the day with a similar boost of confidence. #slayallday#Ventiicedoatchailatte
It was an honor to attend the Calgary Construction Association’s Inaugural Mayor’s Luncheon today. This event provided a meaningful opportunity to connect with Calgary’s construction community and discuss the key challenges our city and builders face.
As Calgary experiences unprecedented growth, we rely heavily on the support and expertise of our private sector partners. The chance to engage in a fireside chat with CCA President and CEO Bill Black was invaluable, fostering mutual understanding and knowledge sharing that will help us navigate the road ahead.
I’d also like to extend my gratitude to the title sponsors of this event and thank the entire industry for their continued partnership, especially during the recent water crisis.
Looking forward to next year!

It has been such a privilege to work on this program. The support from Calgary school boards, as well as from our funders, volunteers and the construction community have all helped to turned this vision into a reality.

On the 1st morning of a long weekend - my first morning to “sleep in”, I was greeted with precious snuggles from my 4 y/o at 7:15am. He crawled into my bed, snuggled up to me and said “mom you smell like poop” then drifted back to sleep.
What a blessing. #parentlife#GoodFriday

@cmcalgary I started this journey a few months ago. It’s changed my life. Anxiety, depression, focus, mood - I’m so very glad to hear other people are beginning to turn to microdosing as well. It saved me.

Yo the bass just does whatever Les Claypool wants. Like. He could play a wrong note on any bass and the bass would be like “hey man I’m so sorry I messed that up! Here. I fixed it for you. Have a good set.”
