@TalkTalk Have just done so. HOPEFULLY the details are saved, as every time i speak to a new representative they have the wrong end of the story! Hence I suspect now it was a ploy from the beginning to drag it out to make us "liable for a fee!"

@TalkTalkBiz been with you guys for 3 days and suspect will be cancelling. Cannot access my work server, been trying to resolve for over an hour and was just cut off after took less than 2 minutes to respond to bad instructions. Disgusted!

@UnderArmourUK do you make a habit of messing customers around? Half my order not arrived, no response to customer service mail. Now trying to return some of the items that have, and doesn't take me to the "print label" area. Seriously unacceptable!
