Jaylah is around 5’7”, 110Ibs, with dirty blonde hair, brown eyes. Jaylah was last seen wearing a Dr. Pepper sweatshirt, red plaid pajamas, and unknown shoes. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for 29-year-old Echinajah Shamoni Powell.

Echinajah was last seen on Friday morning around 8:00 a.m. on Palm Breeze Road on the Southside. We’re told she is diagnosed with Autism and due to the circumstances involved, we are concerned about her well-being and safety.

Echinajah is 5’5” and 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Echinajah was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants and a red bonnet.
