Hi @nxwestmidlands your X13 bus from Birmingham City Centre is consistently, grossly late.
In the year I have been catching it, it has only turned up on time, a mere handful of occasions. Please can you look into it?

@nxwestmidlands I don’t understand why I need to raise a complaint about the inadequacy of an entire bus route. It’s your responsibility to just look into it. Again today the bus was late. I sat down in the bus stop and it drove straight past me and another customer. The service is shameful.
