@Tenaryth One of the best things that could happen to Xbox would be for Microsoft to spin them off. Would stop stupid shit like that from happening again. All of the big issues with the brand reek of Microsoft being a sudo puppet master and attempting to control everything.
@Tenaryth The 14 layers of management kinda revealed it was entirely the fault of corporate. Insane level of info chaining to get things approved. It's no wonder some of these studios haven't produced any games since being acquired 4-7 years ago.
@ArtsyAegis I'm on my 2nd playthrough, on critical, and KH1 out of the 3 is pretty close to 2 with how much the Disney worlds add to the overall story. The main villains are working in consort to try and stop Sora. It makes everything feel so connected in comparison to KH3. It's 25% at most.
@TigheSammy I mean, the business has been declining for a while. They're too big for how much of the market they currently have. Kinda sucks but its inevitable
@aka_nobodyy I think when people say this they really mean they wish there was more variety when it came to voice casts or voices. It can be kinda immersion breaking hearing Christopher Sabat or Monica Rial in every other project. Especially when they use the same voice across multiple shows.
I always assumed Shintani was gonna take over after Broly with how well the style was received. I figure he was likely promised the role when they originally planned on starting super up again 6 or so years ago but then that got scrapped.
@TigheSammy The biggest issue imo was Geoff making it the end showcase at the game awards. Legit put a target on the game from the start. It didn't help that the game was also corpo slop dressed as indie. (1/2)
@AnimeAjay Ive never quite understood this take. If it's not for the already existing audience but some imaginary potential audience, why does that invalidate the opinion of those who are already fans? Surely there are better ways to encapsulate a new audience without dividing people.
