@AkasaAir I was told today that the booking was not cancelled even after confirming it on call yesterday with one of your customer care officers. He even told me the pentalty to be 3999/- and i accepted that.
He said I’ll get a mail shortly which I never did, hence I called again today.

It’s unbelievable that a domestic flight could have this much delay and in return the staff had to nothing to say to the customers.
