Clubs have decided they want LHH (now at 49% of all PA!), and they want more platooning with their RHH

@FeelSurgical There's no point in breaking up the PA into components like that on the batter side. You may as well break it up into swing/take as well. While interesting to do it, it won't change anything at the PA level

A medium rule change: no-strike walks/HBP give the offense the option to place the ondeck batter on base (batter restarts at 0-0)

A small rule change: safety base at 1B
