If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through the National Consumer Helpline and other appropriate consumer-grievance channels, along with the payment receipt and customer-support details.
Please stop dismissing genuine customer complaints and resolve this
@Flipkart I accidentally purchased Flipkart Black for ₹499 via UPI and requested an immediate refund. Your support team not only refused but accused me of lying—completely unacceptable. Cancel the membership and refund ₹499 immediately, or I will escalate this to consumer forum
I demand:
1. Immediate cancellation of the Flipkart Black membership
2. A full refund of ₹499 to my original UPI payment method
3. A review of the support call and the representative’s conduct
4. A written apology for accusing me of lying
I am not asking for any unfair benefit—I am simply requesting cancellation of a membership purchased by mistake and a refund of my ₹499. If I do not wish to use this membership, Flipkart should not force it upon me and retain my money against my will. @Flipkart@flipkartsupport
Instead of helping, your representative rejected my request and went as far as accusing me of lying about the accidental purchase. On what basis can your support team question a customer’s honesty and make such an insulting allegation? @Flipkart@jagograhakjago
@Flipkart, this is completely unacceptable.
I accidentally purchased a Flipkart Black membership and ₹499 was deducted through UPI. I contacted your customer-support team immediately, clearly explained that the purchase was unintentional, and requested cancellation and a refund
Dear NBEMS, answer this: Why do your “technical glitches” repeatedly happen to candidates—especially NEET PG /FMGs?
• Test cities are changed without proper justification.
• Candidates get centres in cities they never opted for—or even cities where the requested centre isn’t available.
• You admit some errors, yet candidates continue to suffer.
If these are genuine mistakes, why do they keep repeating? And if you can admit one mistake, why not acknowledge the rest?
FMGs cannot be treated as second-class candidates.
Your system failed. Your mistakes affected students. So why should students pay the price?
NBEMS must accept responsibility, ensure transparency, and provide fair relief to every candidate affected by its failures.
Enough of excuses. We demand accountability.

@Myntra@EkartLogistics This is absolutely unacceptable.
I received a USED product from Myntra, reported it immediately, and Myntra APPROVED my return. Yet the Ekart team is refusing to accept/pick up the parcel.
Since the pickup was not happening, I personally visited the local Ekart office to hand over the approved return. Instead of resolving the issue, Ekart staff member Manoj Kohli refused to accept the parcel, behaved extremely rudely and used abusive language, telling me to take the parcel back.
Why should a customer be harassed for returning a product that was delivered in used condition, especially when @Myntra has ALREADY APPROVED the return?
I want @Myntra and @EkartLogistics to:
Investigate this incident immediately
Arrange my return pickup without further harassment
Take appropriate action regarding the staff member’s abusive behaviour
Provide me with a written resolution
I have the order/return details and can provide them via DM.
An approved return cannot simply be refused by the logistics partner. Please resolve this urgently.

Respected Shri Raj Thackeray Ji / MNS Team,
Namaskar.
I am writing on behalf of Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) students to humbly seek the intervention and support of Hon’ble Shri Raj Thackeray Ji regarding the serious concerns faced by candidates in the FMGE June 2026 examination.
Thousands of FMG students are deeply distressed over issues concerning the examination, including the unusually difficult and lengthy nature of the question paper, a significant number of time-consuming video and image-based questions, sudden changes in the examination pattern, concerns regarding transparency in the examination and evaluation process, and inadequate facilities reported at certain examination centres.
These concerns are not limited to individual students. They have already been formally raised by Members of Parliament and other representatives before the concerned authorities.
Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Kuldeep Indora Ji has written to Hon’ble Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare Shri J. P. Nadda Ji, highlighting concerns regarding the FMGE examination pattern, transparency in evaluation, time-intensive video-based questions and deficiencies at certain examination centres.
Furthermore, Hon’ble Member of Parliament Dr. T. Sumathy (Thamizhachi Thangapandian) Ji has also formally raised serious concerns regarding the sudden alteration of the FMGE pattern, escalation in difficulty level, lengthy case-based questions, advanced and unannounced video/image-based formats, lack of adequate prior notification, and the significant decline in the pass percentage.
Despite repeated representations, appeals and peaceful protests, thousands of FMG students continue to feel unheard. For many candidates, this examination represents years of medical education, enormous financial investment by middle-class families, their professional careers and their ability to practise medicine in their own country.
We are not asking for any unfair advantage or compromise in the standards required to practise medicine. We are only requesting that the genuine concerns surrounding the examination be heard, independently examined with complete transparency, and that appropriate and fair relief be considered for affected candidates.
Therefore, we humbly request Hon’ble Shri Raj Thackeray Ji to kindly take up this matter in support of FMG students and write a strong representation to Hon’ble Union Health Minister Shri J. P. Nadda Ji, NBEMS and the concerned authorities seeking their urgent intervention and a fair review of the grievances raised by FMG candidates.
Shri Raj Thackeray Ji’s voice carries tremendous significance, particularly for thousands of students and families across Maharashtra. His intervention at this crucial stage could ensure that the grievances of FMG students receive the serious attention they deserve at the highest level.
We would also be extremely grateful if a small delegation of FMG students could be granted an appointment with Shri Raj Thackeray Ji. We wish to personally present the complete facts, supporting documents, representations already made by Members of Parliament, and our specific demands before him.
We are ready to visit Mumbai on any date and at any time convenient to Shri Raj Thackeray Ji.
I sincerely request the MNS team to kindly place this representation before Shri Raj Thackeray Ji and assist us in obtaining an appointment with him at the earliest possible opportunity.
We sincerely hope that Shri Raj Thackeray Ji will hear the concerns of thousands of FMG students and support our request for fairness, transparency and justice.
Thank you for your valuable time and consideration. @RajThackeray@amitrthackeray@mnsadhikrut@manaseit

Respected Shri J.P. Nadda Ji (@JPNadda)
Thousands of FMGs seek your urgent intervention regarding serious concerns in the FMGE June 2026 examination conducted by NBEMS:
• Video-based questions introduced without prior notice or additional time
• Poor exam-centre facilities, including inadequate cooling, ventilation & drinking water
• Unexpected increase in difficulty and time pressure
• High examination fee of ₹6,195
• No official answer key/response sheet, raising transparency concerns
• Candidates reporting identical/similar scores across attempts
• Severe physical and mental stress faced by aspirants
We respectfully request an independent inquiry, greater transparency, release of answer keys/response sheets, review of the fee, and appropriate relief including consideration of a cutoff reduction for FMGE June 2026 candidates.
We seek only fairness, transparency and justice.

@TATA_AIG @IRDAI_Online This is extremely disappointing.
I made the payment for my car insurance, but Tata AIG failed to issue my policy on time. Due to your failure to provide the policy after payment, I requested cancellation. Your team confirmed that the policy was cancelled from your end, yet I have still not received:
• Written confirmation of the policy cancellation
• Written confirmation that my refund has been initiated
Despite repeatedly calling customer support, I am only given verbal assurances with no action.
Transaction No.: WNM0000300716
I expect an immediate written confirmation of the cancellation, confirmation of refund initiation, and a clear refund timeline. Please resolve this without any further delay, or I will escalate the matter to @IRDAI_Online and the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.

I am extremely disappointed with the shocking experience I have had with @TATAAIGIndia.
Yesterday evening, I purchased a car insurance policy for my Hyundai Grand i10 and successfully paid ₹11,701 via UPI. The amount was debited instantly, but I received no policy document, no confirmation, and no communication whatsoever.
Today, I was informed that the policy has been cancelled from your end. Even after that, I have still not received any official cancellation confirmation or any update regarding my refund.
How can a reputed insurance company collect a customer’s money immediately but fail to issue the policy, fail to provide proper communication, and then leave the customer completely in the dark after cancellation?
This is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor customer service. Customers should not have to chase an insurance company for their own money.
I demand:
✅ Immediate written confirmation of the cancellation.
✅ Immediate processing of my full refund.
✅ A clear explanation of how this happened in the first place.
If this issue is not resolved without further delay, I will be forced to escalate the matter before the appropriate consumer and insurance grievance authorities.
Kindly treat this as urgent.
