Inspite of complying in an hours time they will come back in 3/4 days stating they have reinvested my policy . I am requesting IRDA, RBI and Ministry of Finance GOI to look into this irregularities being adopted in the name of present circumstances.

Word of Caution !! In case you are looking to surrender your policy at ICICI PRU after paying the full term they will not release your money . In the pretext of Covid they will reply in two/three weeks giving 3 days time to comply with some documents.

Banks in India should take a lesson from icici bank on how to harass their loyal customers and how to go back on their own commitment.

I wish I knew why is Kolkatta not in any list for repatriation flight from any International Destination. I am quite sure there a lot of people who would want to get to Kolkatta on a direct flight like so many other cities. Just hope it happens.
