Well, I now understand the very poor customer service and follow up @StaplesBedford , they were trained by @StaplesCanada! I have DM’d them twice and no reply. If you can’t have great prices, product or selection you can still do well with great customer service!

So, @nspowerinc has decided that because we live on the outskirts of HRM, our street lights not working for weeks now, is not even close to a priority! I am quite confident that if we lived in Halifax or Bedford that this would be a much quicker fix and definitely important!

@nspowerinc HRM has informed us
Our contractor confirmed that this is an NSP issue (specifically duplex cable needs to be re-spanned to power the poles.) Our Lead Hand has advised NSP of the issue, but unfortunately NSP tends to move at their own pace. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
