We pre-trained the same VLA on 100 hours of Human Archive’s OTS dataset and 100 hours of randomly sampled data from each of @microagi’s and @MeckaAI’s datasets on EgoVerse.
Overall, Human Archive data achieved the strongest results, with the highest overall task success rate. We observed particularly strong generalization to unseen objects.
Thread below 🧵👇
We benchmarked only 7 hours of Human Archive data against 4 widely used public datasets totaling 17 hours: HOT3D, H2O, HOI4D, and TACO.
The results:
Human Archive only: 85% task success | 65.6% task progress
4 public datasets: 57.5% task success | 52.5% task progress
Mixture of all 5: 60% task success | 56.3% task progress
I am hiring for two new technical roles in India.
Massive opportunities only look obvious in hindsight. When we started working on Human Archive in October, the market for human data was unclear, and it’s still super early. It takes a lot to have conviction in something, and building towards that is the highest delta one can ever experience.
This market is still early but rapidly growing, and we will move extremely fast over the next 6-12 months. If you’re a quick learner who can iterate, show agency and wants to have a real impact on how the next generation lives, apply now.

I am hiring across four different roles in our India team. Some general things I look for regardless of the role and what you should be expecting:
- Biased towards young, early people with extreme hunger and agency
- Ambition to build something of their own (founder-like thinking)
- We are super early but growing like a rocketship, so people who are extremely agile and comfortable with a lack of structure.
- Fast learners: Can you learn something and show it in your work under 24 hours?

Operations Manager: https://t.co/Ym4hY2ZTgB
Strategy & Project Lead (Data Operations): https://t.co/mjIGydirVg
Founder's Office: https://t.co/zVwgbp6gnZ
Note: I am not a big fan of "Founder's office" roles; just seeing if it works for finding good cracked talent cuz it's popular in India. Basically generalists, but they will have particular goals to focus on. You will not be doing glorified EA grunt work and making decks n shit
Looking to hire someone who leads our end-to-end data annotation operations.
Your job would be to work with me to make sure Human Archive (YC W26) has the best annotators and throughput for robotics data. What that includes:
- Extremely good with people
- Maintain a high bar for annotator talent
- Understands platforms, metrics and dashboards extremely well (work with our engineering team on in-house annotation platforms)
- Very good at optimising between 10 different projects running simultaneously by understanding resource allocation
- Extremely creative (come up with incentive structures and stuff to meet daily targets)
- Type A communication skills
DM me if you think ure the right fit. Ideally under 25, ambitious, high energy and agency. Previously worked at Surge, Scale AI, Mercor, Turing, etc.
Ideally NOT MBA/corporate coded type
Budget and perks: Whatever the person whom I like wants
On-site: BLR
We have hundreds of in-person annotators at our India office, and leading AI labs rely on our human-in-the-loop annotation systems to help push the frontier of AGI and robotics. If you’re cracked and want to join an insanely fast-growing company, dm @Rush26agarwal
We are now opening invite-only access to people running data contributor networks.
It is an app for audio + video data (more coming soon).
We are looking for partners to bring their existing networks on our app to create win-win situations. We are soon going live with opportunities that allow people to make tens of thousands of dollars in a week.
Request access now: https://t.co/UCygvrEAhZ

Super excited to announce Human Archive’s $8.2M seed round to model human embodied intelligence.
Truly grateful for the growth and progress we have seen in the last 6 months.

Today, Human Archive is announcing our $8.2M seed round to model human embodied intelligence.
Despite decades of research, we still barely understand ourselves. Our goal is to learn how humans interact with the world, and over the past 6 months, our team’s made enormous progress toward that alongside leading AI labs.

By the end of 2026, more workers will be wearing hardware during their everyday jobs to generate training data than not. On Tuesday, we’re releasing our fundraising announcement, and we’re hiring across all roles: https://t.co/edL2bCjhIR
Human Archive (YC W26) was one of the first companies in the world to start collecting human data, and I said this last year, but soon you will be able to get free cleaning and cooking services anywhere in the world by just consenting to being recorded. Most people clearly still don’t know what’s coming, but it’s already in full swing.
@abhirajbhal, I can understand the initial pushback, but unfortunately your customers will quickly churn for your competitors, and you will be forced to change your mind soon or @urbancompany_UC will no longer exist.
I have proof. During @ycombinator, we reached out to you and all your competitors. Everyone told us to fuck off. So we did it ourselves by basically working with a smaller player and giving users an option to be recorded for a cheaper price.
98% of users decided they would rather have a subsidized service and consent to being recorded (we blur all faces and remove PII).
In 2 weeks, we went from 48 to 1,315 bookings per day.
Fuck it, we could’ve been profitable and even PAYED HOMEOWNERS to come to your home and cook and clean.
When we launch next week, this will be a real thing NOT ONLY in India, but across the world.
We did this in:
1. Patna
2. Purnia
3. Darbhanga
4. Guwahati
5. Jhanjharpur
6. Jabalpur
7. Indore
8. Siliguri
9. Mussoorie
10. Delhi
11. Gurgaon
12. Faridabad
13. Dimapur
14. Mumbai
15. Jaipur
Today, we’re working with some of the largest ops businesses in Asia. Soon, you’ll see workers not only wearing cameras, but also gloves and full-body mocap.
@abhirajbhal I genuinely respect you as an entrepreneur. What you’ve built so far is impressive.
However, unless @urbancompany_UC starts to recognize what’s REALLY going on here, the stock will continue to drop, customers will churn, competitors will see massive growth, and I’ll be able to say I told you so when you change your mind later on.
More than happy to discuss this live
