@MWEBTweets and now they have suspended my account due to their own error…and I’ve called the call centre 4 times already and everyone keeps saying they’ll get back..it’s been 3 weeks. I’d rather save myself the trouble and cancel (2/2)
@MWEBTweets I’ve had the absolute worst experience with my fibre contract with Mweb. Delayed activation, they’ve overcharged my account by R1.3k, appalling service (it’s been over 2 weeks and they have not reversed the charges) and now they have suspended my account (1/2)
