The building safety crisis remains unresolved for the vast majority of affected leaseholders.

Time for the government to get a grip, fix the gaps in leaseholder protections, and ensure developers deliver on their commitments.

Same. Years on and still no solid action when remedials will take place. Unable to sell, staircase, remortgage for better deals, no one seems to care. Still no feedback from the developers @gallifordtry for lack of sufficient fire cavity barriers and other issues. @lynbrownmp

Positive news. The developer pledges mean nothing until those contracts are signed.

The four week deadline is important and must be adhered to. Enough games while innocent leaseholders continue to suffer.
