Is it me or is the Metline worse than ever @TfL ? Rubbish service no 24 hour tube and stations often displaying incorrect info. #TFL app always has destination as check train - why can’t we just get the service we pay for !!
@British_Airways per Heathrow I need to complain to you. It took over an hour for bags to come out onto the belt 7 at T5 for flight BA256 from Delhi. Even though mine are classed as a priority they were one of the last and this delay meant I incurred extra waiting taxi charge

@TfL absolute rubbish comms at Harrow. Watford or all stations to amersham and Chesham trains getting short changed. Have had to endure this for 2 days and tonight was the worst. No coordination of what’s on boards/ what trains say and station announcers say
Same again today no clear instructions playing musical trains on crowded platforms. Also again train destination different in train to what driver telling passengers in side
@TfL why are all the boards misleading at Harrow on the hill and no station announcements. Board said Rickmansworth all stations - train Uxbridge it was so confusing - no driver announcement or station how is anyone supposed to know which train to take
