Play is how children process the world. Not every feeling comes out in words, sometimes it's role play, dinosaurs crashing, or rebuilding towers.
Try 10 mins of "Special Time": child-led, phone away, no correcting. Just notice: "You're building high!" Be present, not perfect.
A rested child can cope. A tired child is surviving the day.
Quality sleep is a key protective factor for children's mental health. Bedtime doesn't need to be perfect-. just safe, steady, and consistent.
Our workshops & 1-2-1 support can help.
