@BritishGasHelp Yes I have a service contract but when i request a service i am told I am not due one in the next 3 months

@BritishGasHelp I have had a new Boiler and smart meter for two years. The smart meter has not worked properly since being installed. The boiler despite the fact I have an annual service plan has never been serviced. it has been impossible to get British Gas to help in any way.
