A single copper plate inscription, engraved on both sides, from Vandati (v), Chinnamandyam (m), Kadapa (d), Andhra Pradesh.
Dated Saka 1515 (Vijaya), Sravana Sukla 5 = 22-July-1593 CE (Sunday), it records a dispute over community privileges between the Palnativaru (possibly Velamas) and the Badugulavaru (Yadavas) of Palnadu.

The Badugulavaru, led by Pridhvisetti and Rayanamantri Bhaskara appealed to Kanchi Rami Reddy, the Head of of Ekambareshvara Temple at Kanchi. After an inquiry held in the temple's Mukha mandapa, the verdict was delivered in favour of the Badugulavaru, granting them the disputed privileges.
