@BowTiedBulldog Pay a per diem. You can attract the group that comes with their own RV/travel trailer. If their willing to work on the road only takes couple years to pay off tue RV then they just make bank

@BowTiedPixel Don’t know much about the residential side, but commercial construction cost are out of control. Seeing increasing cost of 5% a quarter, if we can get materials. If I order poly iso (roof insulation) I’m not promised until sometime in 2023
