His length and patience are his main advantage now. The shooting will become elite sooner rather than later. The athleticism will come, too.

I’m not sold on his willingness to defer. If he’s your best player, at least early in his career, you aren’t winning.
I think Grizzlies should just stick and pick at 16. Plenty of great options will be there. Two spots out from the lottery means a great talent is bound to fall
