I just released version 0.22 of Bolero, the F# library for Blazor! https://t.co/fEVPNikNBT #fsbolero#fsharp#dotnet#blazor
Highlights of this release: (1/4)
It also adds the option SkippableOptionFields, which restores the pre-1.0 behavior of not serializing fields whose value is None. This option has been requested by many users!
Well, that didn't take long... Twitter will be charging $20 for the verified checkmark, and employees have a week to implement it under threat of firing https://t.co/2Zb3vq276u
@pkese@OnurGumusDev For that you can do something like:
Exec<"git", "rev-parse HEAD">.Output
or any other git command, eg "describe" if you prefer the latest tag.
'Explain what you mean by Woke & then we can have the conversation'. Incredibly put by @RakieAyola.
This should be the response to every commentator, Journalist & MP who've become far too comfortable throwing the Term 'Woke' into every one of their dog whistle opinions
We made a demo that runs on a pharmacy sign!
Check out the full prod & credits on Pouet: https://t.co/F99f8iOCMw
I did the graphics while @gasmanic provided the sign and did code along with Niko and Superogue. @MSGS_Wavetable did the amazing soundtrack!

If you have been affected by IDE performance issues with Bolero 0.20, did they get better with the latest version of your editor? There seem to have been improvements in the #fsharp code service in Ionide, Visual Studio and Rider. https://t.co/5NQo6Bu3Z8
Not all of our problems exist in our heads. Not even "most" of them. The problems within yourself are ones that you can engage with directly. And that's a great reason to focus on those. But we don't have to keep telling people their external problems aren't real.
@pblasucci Ironically, tools that have historically been used a lot with C have better tooling around them. Emacs has a shortcut to switch between *.c and *.h (creating it if needed), that can also switch between *.fs and *.fsi; I'm not aware of such a shortcut in any "modern" editors.
After self-hosting my email for twenty-three years I have thrown in the towel 😩
Email is now an oligopoly, a service gatekept by a few big companies which does not follow the principles of net neutrality.
