@RNTata2000 @myvoltas Sir recently I bought AC (CU 185V PAZS). I raised a complaint 22051714298 for non cooling. Voltas technician told AC is not cooling because the Voltage are 190-215 & suggested that stabilizer needed to sort out the problem of non cooling.

In this connection, it is submitted that Voltas claims that aforesaid model operates in range of 110V~285V.

Therefore, I hereby request the competent authority to please clarify why a reputed company like voltas (A Tata Product) lies to consumer for selling its product.
