@QRT_IRCTC I have already raised my concern/complaint multiple times through the IRCTC eQuery website using my registered details. However, the refund has still not been credited to my account.

@IRCTCofficial I deposited ₹600 into my IRCTC eWallet today (28 Aug 2026). The payment was successfully completed through PhonePe, and ₹600 has been debited from my bank account. However, the IRCTC eWallet still shows only ₹20.55 and the deposited amount is not reflecting.

According to tracking, it has been stuck at Transshipment Centre, Hyderabad since 22 Aug with no further movement.
