@hublimandi Breaking the monopoly is not easy unless politicians have strong will.
Govt has to prove that smaller cities will generate better returns and growth than big city. Otherwise people will always prefer to invest in big city coz investments are safer.
@619ssvignesh@district_india@bookmyshow This will have anti effect for the people booking on the corners and the front. 100% sure they won’t implement this. But good product for customer!
@sheksis@OnlyNakedTruth Yeah they treat East BLR as cash cow and ‘outsider’ area with no vote bank. ‘Outsiders’ settling in BLR should apply for votes. Then things will change in east Bangalore. Otherwise it’s the same growing village slums!
@namma_bda This is an excellent parallel road to NICE road.
Plan similar roads connecting ORR, PRR and STRR in all 8 directions. This along with metro should solve BLR traffic problem by 60% but requires serious drive from Govt!
Ring roads and connecting roads are as important as Metro!
@TARUNspeakss@Coinvo What’s your contribution to India apart from posting anti-India political shit?
Did you build something that contributes to India’s GDP?
@ijnani ORR is supposed to be the “defender” of the city from inter state traffic.
Hyd ORR executed it perfectly that not even one heavy truck won’t come to inside city without a work inside the city
In BLR, 100% of NH traffic literally goes through the city(OMR, ORR, etc). ZERO DEFENSE
@moneynotyaar@asishcodes Is Bangalore doing anything right today after seeing all the success?
Are there planning wide roads in newer developing areas? Or still the same village roads as the slums of Bellandur and Marathalli?
@DuryodhanaAgain@Sai_KiranGoud@asishcodes Hyd ORR is outside the city obviously(OUTER RR). But Only on Hyd west, city has grown properly out of ORR. In other areas, it’s just small towns adjacent to ORR
@vibeofswetha Hyd’s closest competitor is Pune. Not Blr. Even with this much growth, it might take 5-10 years for Hyd to reach 1000 GCCs. By that time BLR would have expanded to 1500-2000 GCCs.
Competition between Indian cities is good for India!!
