#MadJudiciary is responsible for 200-300% increase in risks of small children becoming orphans or victims of physical and sexual abuse.

Judiciary ensures this by denying the biological father access to the child. Judge even claim lack of a protective father is in the best interest of the child.

Judges use child as a weapon, if a man does not agree to pay #1CroreAlimony.

If the female custodial parent dies, the child becomes an orphan. Judge Chandrachud does not give a damn about PILs pending on this issue.

Sec. 498A is taking lives of innocent men, destroying families, society. Its draconian law being misused. Its time to amend the law to protect innocent men. Its welcome move by Haryana DGP to investigate all cases in detail before filingFIR u/s 498A. All states must follow suit.
