There is a severe water crisis in the ncr region but the government does not care. One is supposed to buy water, buy air purifiers(if you can afford one) and also buy air conditioners - because the govt cannot plan sustainably, or for the ppl. Leave amenities even basics are not met in the capital - it takes special talent to survive in India, everything is tedious. It takes even more special talent to ruin a nation in a decade.
