My @SpiritAirlines flight for tomorrow was canceled today. Told to contact someone and have been trying since 4:45 and I keep getting the same message that I’m in line and someone will be with me in 40 minutes. I’ve been SO patient as it’s now past 9 pm…
I emailed, reached out on here, and CALLED @ultabeauty about my stolen points and no one has gotten back to me yet about the issue. This shouldn’t take this long to get some type of answer.
I love thinking I’m going to start shopping at @ultabeauty for the holidays only to realize my account has been depleted of my 4,000 points which I definitely didn’t redeem. That’s hundreds of dollars lost. Beyond angry.
@lukebryan why aren’t there enough staff available to accommodate the number of fans at your fan club party. Lots of us are about to miss the performance because we can’t even get in 🥹
@lyft is such an unpleasant experience. I quite literally wish I could use Uber instead. I booked my ride to pickup in 15-30 minutes and paid more than the 45-60 minute price and I’ve now been waiting 60 minutes yet paying the higher price. What makes sense here?! @AskLyft
And now I was just told in the app my driver would be determined in 9 more minutes even though I paid the price to have a drive within 20 minutes and now I’m getting one in 30 minutes. I hate rideshare apps @lyft
@lyft is quite literally the biggest pain in the ass ever. We’ve tried wait and save, we’ve attempted scheduling a ride. All to be waiting almost twice as long as it states in the app. It’s quite frustrating.
