@cookiewhirls I'm working 40ish hours a week on my biz, most of which is currently taken up by going back and forth with FB 'support' trying to recover Business Manager accounts which clients no longer have access to. Often when this is the case, ads can't be run. Always add multiple admins!

- Don't touch what's working
- Past performance does not always indicate future results
- A creative isn't performing well unless it performs at scale
- Performance must be analyzed on a 7-day lookback window or greater, day to day is too volatile
