Today is #BellLetsTalk day. But I have only seen a handful of posts on it, and perhaps more negative calling out corporate fluff posts. If you are having a rough time feel free to reach out, although I may make it worse. Remember you're appreciated by someone pleebs.

Today we talked about all types of feelings and learned that all feelings are okay. We learned that saying affirmations is one straggly we can use to help us stay positive. 😃🥲🤪😭😡🙁#BellLetsTalk
Going for a walk in the rain. Needed to just get out by myself and walk. I’ve found so many excuses and commitments that it’s hard to get out.
Tonight is mine!
Clear my mind and begin something new.

#BellLetsTalk day. As someone who’s struggled with anxiety and depression for much of my life, it’s important to reflect on the effect it’s had on myself, so many, and their loved ones. 2024 is about change, fighting like hell, speaking up and checking in ab uncomfortable things.
We firmly believe that #MentalHealthisHealth.
That’s why we're thrilled that the @cityoftoronto voted to expand a pilot program offering 24/7 community-led services for those in #mentalhealth crisis.
If funded, it will become the 4th municipal emergency service.

The #mentalhealth 'system' was designed for late-stage #mentalillness. But most cases begin early, and are chronic disorders of the young. We need to invest in early intervention from communities to hospitals, and drive down wait times. #mentalhealthishealth#BellLetsTalk
Yesterday marked 4 years since I was diagnosed w/ brain cancer. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think about the emotional and mental pain I experienced. Today in remission, I hope to bring hope and peace to other young adults going through it. #BellLetsTalk
Today is #BellLetsTalk Day. Many Canadians experience or have experienced mental illness, and mental health is so important to talk about. When mental health is affected, it often feels hard to reach out and seek help. If you are struggling, there are supports available. You can find resources at https://t.co/0hWFBLdCJb or call 988 to access the suicide crisis helpline. Let’s end the stigma around mental health and keep supporting one another.
Mental health is a priority. Be mindful of what you eat, you listen to, you read, and the people around you. Nourish & reflect on what needs healing. Know that it’s okay to not be okay & reach out for support. #BellLetsTalk#MentalHealthMatters
I live with mental health challenges. I live with anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. They all started after the traumatic experience of losing a child. It’s been 16 years. Stigma is real. Every day is a struggle. That’s why we need to all keep talking. #BellLetsTalk@HCDSB
Regardless of age, #MentalIllness has an impact that can change the trajectory of a person’s life if left unchecked.
With proper treatment, we can change that.
