@BSNLCorporate@BSNL_RJ@DoT_India I have taken bsnl fibre in boranada, Jodhpur 15 days back and it is not working for last 12 days. Multiple phone call to bsnl manager and line man but still no action. Very very disappointing
Because of this, my Goa hotel booking is affected, and now I’m wasting hours calling customer care for cancellation and refund — despite this issue not being my fault at all. Very disappointing experience.

Airindia you preponed my connecting flight and reduced the layover at Mumbai Airport to just 20 minutes. It is practically impossible to deboard and board the next flight in such a short time. How can such a ticket even be generated?

Very bad customer care service, they actually dont have any idea on how to address your concern.
Avoid wasting time.
Now they will ask you to DM. Than they will send email id and ask you to connect with them, the reply on email was try between 8am to 10am… basically its like

But seriously not even one can answer your concern.
