Imagine each of these strapped with a grenade, a simple infrared camera, and few lines of code that says “if object is above 94° F and is moving, fly into it and detonate at 1 meter from impact.”
POV: You just paid S&C, one of the three most expensive and high-powered law firms in the world, $3000 per hour to submit AI slop to the court on your behalf.
No one is safe.

Controller: YOU JUST PUT TWO PLANES ON THE SAME RUNWAY.
AI: You're right — that was a mistake. Thank you for catching that.
>threaten to invade allies
>say they are useless
>humiliate them in the WH
>start a war without them cause you don't need them
>have no idea what you're doing
>they don't provide assistance
>somehow shocked and outraged that they aren't helping you
You really cant make this up
Lol. Breaking: Defense counsel introduces claims of reasonable doubt! Big, if true!
Seriously though, forensically? Having a bullet too damaged for a conclusive comparison isn't a novel concept. This isn't really news.
Former commander of @NORADCommand & Northcom, General Glen VanHerck describes the "apparent drone" swarm over Barksdale @usairforce base as "astonishing", alarmed that these objects flew over the hugely sensitive base with "apparent impunity over several days". He raises grave concerns there's been no publicly known effective response from the military or the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
It was General VanHerck who admitted to @60Minutes a year ago, the US doesn't know what they are - and likely still doesn't. We cannot even be sure they're actually drones because none have been downed despite attempts using the US' most sophisticated counter-UAS tech. Assertions they may be foreign adversaries are still speculative.
In March 2025, one year on from similar incursions over Langley AFB, the General told CBS 60 Minutes:
"We should be concerned that we don't know what these are... there are gaps in capability, there are gaps in policy, and there are gaps in law that need to be addressed."
A year on, we still don't know what they are and, at a time of high international tension, it's concerning that most media cast these incursions as potential foreign adversary drone warfare. @POTUS and @DeptofWar evade providing answers ... likely because, they don't have an answer.
Remember, the White House @PressSec said in January 2025:
“After research and study, the drones that were flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons. Many of these drones were also hobbyists — recreational and private individuals that enjoy flying drones. In time, it got worse due to curiosity. This was not the enemy.”
A year on, it appears there is still confusion about what these objects are. General VanHerck focused on 2023 military-base incursions (Langley and others), but his warnings about detection/policy gaps apply broadly to unexplained drone activity, including patterns that overlapped with the NJ reports. His very legitimate concern is that systemic vulnerabilities remain unaddressed even a year+ later; downplaying risks could leave the U.S. exposed.
This is why @SafeAerospace's calls for greater openness, transparency and reporting of unexplained objects in sensitive airspace need to be urgently heeded by Government.

🚨 BREAKING: Potomac TRACON, the key radar facility handling D.C. airspace, has been evacuated to “ATC ZERO” according to FAA alerts. The FAA is now implementing ground stops for flights to Reagan National, Dulles, BWI, Charlottesville and Richmond airports.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said, “What happened in Oman was not our choice. We have already told our Armed Forces to be careful about the targets they choose. Our military units are now, in fact, independent and somewhat isolated, and they are acting based on general instructions given to them in advance.”
