Currently playing for Navy, Barnett-Gay is averaging (19.0) points, (7.2) rebounds, (3.0) assists, and (2.4) steals per game to open her sophomore season. She leads all Patriot League players in points and steals, making her the only player in the conference to rank first in multiple main statistical categories.

Last season, the Glenn Dale native ranked fourth in scoring and second in steals among all freshmen. Now as a sophomore, she remains in the top 10 in both categories.
