ALL we’re asking for us some kind of resolution, whether it be an engine replacement or even compensation for totaling out the vehicle. Regardless, it’s ludicrous that we aren’t entitled to a rental car AND won’t be reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses we’ve accrued.
