@OfficialPLT_CS I also have not been contacted by management despite being told I would be yesterday, this is completely unacceptable and I am about to loose out on a lot of money as a parcel is being delivered to an address in a city I do not live in!

@OfficialPLT_CS i am incredibly upset with how I have been treated by your customer service team - after I have been told my Ofer would be delivered back to warehouse I can see it is still being delivered to an address I do not live at!!!
