@slusagar Keratin neg suggests against a focus of NET, LVI by adenoca, or other epithelial rest. In the absence of clinical history that suggest otherwise (some epithelioid mesenchymal neoplasm?), I think it’s compatible with paraganglion. Synapto, chromo, S100 would further support.
