@sgorio@RedWallNews1@Cymru If he knew the players were stretched after being 2-1 down before HT, why did he expect them to not be after HT? He’s blaming the players instead of his own formation. An actual manager would have had enough and tried something different the second they noticed.
@HarryRoome2 @WindassJnr So why are they wearing an Ireland shirt then🤣 the point is people can change who they play for. Just like sterling who was born in Jamaica but chose to play for England. Stop crying about it now
@LutonTown Starting 11 has to stay as it is. If Jones mixes and matches again we’ve got no hope of consistent points. The players midweek need to earn the shirt back instead of just jumping straight back in (no offence Bradley)
@LutonTown What has Lockyer done for Nathan to pick Bradley over him and give him the armband? Am I missing something??? Bradley not up to scratch this season
@worldcupblues@LutonTown 100% mate, no idea why he keeps chopping and changing between Bradley and Lockyer. Just pick one and back them. Based on this season (and especially today) Bradley has to be dropped
@mrtltfc@LutonTown You’re not the only one thinking this, a lot of people questioning why he changes the back four after a good run of results/performances
@gillpollock @mwwhtafc81@CurveTorque They raced for 53 laps prior to the safety car. What ‘racing’ did they miss out on? If all cars unlapped themselves it would have been lap 58 and the rules say the safety car leaves the following lap, this wasn’t adhered to which is why it’s controversial.
@harveyangus@silvija0@CK14151617@Carlnufc60@piersmorgan And nobody would have cared. It’s because they ran out of racing laps and knew Horner would have cried about it finishing like that. He admitted defeat several times over the comms so to now be victorious is a bit of a shambles imo.
@harveyangus@silvija0@CK14151617@Carlnufc60@piersmorgan Not to mention they originally stated unlapped cars wouldn’t be allowed to over take only to then change their minds. They clearly wanted it to play out as a final lap shootout which is why it was unfair. If the safety car was on lap 32 all cars would have passed through
@CymruWatch Another point on this is that clearly our formation wasn’t working against Estonia’s. Individually we are better than they are, so why didn’t he, at worst, just copy their formation and rely on 1v1 duels. He’s a non league manager at best. Page out
@ffwtbol 3 big chances from 20 shots? Only 6 shots on target? That doesn’t seem to me like they were peppered the way everyone is making out. Every team probably gets 3 big chances in any game let alone when you’re at home to Estonia. All this means is their GK made 6 saves in 90 minutes.
@CymruWatch But when they get the ball they have nothing to pass to because of how we’re set up so they have to go backwards. Centre halves should be the ones dictating play from the halfway line fizzing balls into the creative midfielders who can link with the top 4.
