NEVER AGAIN will I book another hotel with @HiltonHotels 2 months and over a dozen phone calls and no one can seem to figure out how to refund a hotel booking that was cancelled due to a hurricane. I can’t even imagine what the hotel stay would have been like.
How can such a large corporation have no idea what is going on and can’t figure out how to refund something. Every call is a different response with no solution. $500 down the drain for incompetence. Never again. @HiltonHotels figure it out.
The amount of people who assume they have a plus 1 at a wedding is amazing 😅 they literally will not have a chair to sit in if they show up. Don’t make it awkward.
