The systems a joke. 2 NHS colleagues were assaulted last week. Defendant pleaded guilty to a count of assault on an NHS worker. At sentencing @CPSUK decided it wasn’t in the public interest to pursue due to lack of evidence. He PLEADED GUILTY!!!

On the train to London with a baby and a 10 year old. I quickly found that I was going to struggle finding a place for the pram and a lovely gentleman from the cafe bar helped me so much. Pram now stored, he came over and brought me and my girls a drink and biscuits. @LNER

Hey @SteveBarclay, I’m a doctor. Today I was the only surgical assistant for two curative mastectomies, and got home three hours after my shift finished so a third lady’s cancer curing surgery didn’t have to be postponed. I brought home <£80 post tax. Should I be working harder?
