@9Poovm0 The section between To Kwa Wan and Wu Kai Sha runs on the right to allow a cross-platform interchange with the East Rail Line in the more congested southbound direction. The rest of the line still runs on the left, crossing at the stacked platforms at Ma Tau Wai.
@tokyotaroganbap I heard you can buy tickets for domestic trips (e.g. Chisinau-Balti) aboard the train. Not listed in any timetables and not officially available, but apparently possible.
@AungThuka4 The ČD Class 854's seem to currently be running on the Cyklohráček in place of the Class 743 locomotives. No more regular operations otherwise (since April).
@fk_fukufuku I believe they only run during weekends in Sofia. It's a regular service I think, just that the driver who can drive them only works during the weekend (or something like that). Was never in Sofia during the weekend so don't get to find out for myself.
@kaminoke__15@NsaYamamoto No, I believe the ex-SNCF Caravelles still appear on the Arad-Nadlac lines regularly. I heard they might still appear in Timisoara though, not sure. They are still the main fleet in Brasov, Alba Iulia, Bistrita etc.
@kaminoke__15 Yes, same for the Chisinau-Kyiv "Bessarabia" that I believe is daily now. TE33A has also been seen doing the same duties. Apparently as seen on Youtube it would haul the train all the way to Chisinau but I don't know how often.
@kaminoke__15 I believe the website is correct. The timetable at the station was out of date even when I visited in March. Also, the D1 is running with only one car (reversing at wyes on the two ends) after running with two for a while.
@OchiaiRailway@keletinyugati It has recently been seen running with only one car, reversing at the wyes on both ends. Previously it ran with two.
Also, it only runs Ungheni-Chisinau-Ungheni on MWF and has done so since early May.
