So unfortunately we can only see the original police report, booking, initial appearance, and the state filing not pursue charges due to witnesses not cooperating. Rest is inaccessible

-state didn't pursue charges because the witnesses wouldn't cooperate
-he filed to have criminal record sealed and it was granted days before going MIA
