@MercedesBenz You are failing your customers with an overloaded and inadequate service network. I need a service appt for recall on my sprinter and I’m being told it’s 59 days to get an appointment. In what universe is this acceptable ?

@DIRECTV I will cancel my service because of the fees you charge for equipment. I pay $43/month on a $135 bill. The streaming services incl. your own Directv stream are 50% less. If you quit charging me for the gear I will stay with you otherwise I’m gone in < 30 days.

@ouraring @ouraring OURA customer service SUCKS. I would never recommend this product after what I have been through. Ordered 2 ring UPGRADES in November. Have been ghosted by their CS ever since. they need to send a replacement ring and they can’t get it done. Order number is SO-40525435
