Everywhere I look I see signs of decay.

I see home owners celebrating their property going up from $3m to $4m in value in just a couple of years.

Not realising they are celebrating the lost opportunity of the next generation to afford a home.

I see the real estate agent that sells these houses rub his hands in delight over the extra commission he receives for doing nothing.

I see people rorting the NDIS, extracting every dollar they can from the hardworking taxpayer.

I see rich Chinese people come to this country, purchase a bunch of properties, and produce no goods nor services.

I see people celebrate degeneracy like it's a good thing: 'Only Fans is female empowerment! You go girl!'

I see people happy to give the government power to censor free speech: 'It's for our own safety'.

I see people unable to distinguish between reasonable skilled migration rates and unreasonable, negligent rates for self-serving purposes.

I see a government uninterested in serving the people who elected them because they would rather serve themselves.

I see people more interested in financial engineering - making money off trading fake numbers on a screen - than real world engineering - building bridges and buildings.

But most of all, I see normal, hard-working people struggling to get by.

I see teachers struggling to afford rent near where they teach the future leaders of this country.

I see nurses working overtime, yet still barely getting by.

I see chefs serving world-class food yet living in anything but world-class housing.

I see young doctors reconsidering whether this is somewhere they want to live: 'If I can't afford a house after all these years of hard work, what's the point?'

I see the future defenders of truth and justice wondering why they should bother if their own country barely believes in free speech and the rule of law.

I see the most unproductive people in our society extracting all the value from the most productive people.

I see the people actually producing goods and services that make the economy function, get punished for doing so with higher and higher taxes.

I see people being made slaves in the land their ancestors fought and died for, so someone already rich can get even richer.

I see decay.

4: Start a SIDE HUSTLE: OWN your own business. A. I. is going to wipe out millions of jobs. Start a small business and become an entrepreneur….not an employee afraid of losing their job.
5:: Choose GREAT TEACHERS: YOUTUBE has an abundance of teachers: Some good many bad. I suggest you choose my teachers. My real real estate teacher is Ken McElroy. Taxes: Tom Wheelwright. Stocks: John MacGregor. Oil: Mike Maucelli. They all have books and their own Pidcasts. Be very careful who influences your brain, your attitude, and your spirit.
6: DON’T SAVE MONEY: Fake money (US dollar, Euro, Yen, Peso) goes down in value. Save gold, silver, Bitcoin, real money that goes up in value, especially in a market crash.
