Nope, I take it back. Even when the display language is in Māori, Windows still completely removes the te reo and English (New Zealand) keyboards and decides to replace with US ones at random. So hōhā with this now. 😡

So one great thing about having Windows' display language set to te reo Māori is that the Māori keyboard doesn't keep mysteriously disappearing for no reason. Ridiculous that this bug persists.
