@dustychalks Personally, I think getting involved in small contests or other programs run by the community is a great way to get new readers/make writer friends. Most of it though is patience and timing of your Story (genre, themes, etc). Just keep writing the stories YOU want to tell. :-)

@MDalto421 Hmmm. Find good music to inspire the mood I need for that scene or chapter. Or I think of a reward I really want (usually watching a show or reading a book on my tbr) and allow myself only to have it once I've done the writing (even if it takes a bit longer than I like).
