Thanks for the shout out, @XQAmerica !Appreciate your collaboration in continuing to rethink how we can develop our @WLApcs kids as leaders who will change the world for the better.
This National Principals Month, we celebrate the leaders who are daring to rethink high school, championing innovation, and empowering students to reach their fullest potential.✨
More than just school leaders; they’re architects of change, designing and managing schools where every student can dream big.
While we’re only highlighting a few here, we want to honor ALL the incredible XQ principals who are helping to build brighter futures for students everywhere. Join us in celebrating them by dropping a "👏 " or a "💚" in the comments!

Education is a shared experience. It’s essential to work alongside your stakeholders to make that learning experience even better and build a supportive community for our kids.
"It’s important to empathize and to incorporate the feedback from families, students, and staff members—it helps when people feel they are part of the same team.” - @TeachDCMrC Principal, @WLApcs#schoolculture
So proud of our students and much appreciation for our @WLApcs educators, who even through the uncertainty of the pandemic, continue to support our kids on their journey as leaders.
Parents, educators: laws cannot stop knowledge. Here is the free #1619Project curriculum by @pulitzercenter. Lots of teachers sharing lesson plans, info, resources. https://t.co/w6v7yzNqWs
@TeachMrReed It’s amazing how simple intentional framing and making it clear you are there to help and support can make an intense situation deescalate almost instantaneously. Even better... the outcome is usually a stronger bond or trust with the student/parent/staff member, etc. as a result
Any solution to this must include law enforcement targeting white supremacist groups otherwise all that’s happening is flooding more non white neighborhoods w more police
For Black History Month, like every other month, the @DCPoliceDept proudly chose violence - “celebrating” Black history for clicks while decimating Black futures for profit. This ain’t it.
