The short answer is that mask strategy hasn't changed, and that schools are unquestionably more dangerous than this time last year.

Schools should be the first to open and the last to close. Schools are important to mental and physical health. Schools are the only place where some kids can access clothing, food, referrals, funded therapies, and a caring adult. AND schools are currently not safe for our kids.
