Today in Applied Physics students were tasked with creating a “Creature Catcher” to allow for some critters through but not others. After testing, we discovered that many successful designs mirrored spider webs. Coincidence? Maybe not! #Engineering#NaturesEngineers
Applied Physics & Enginnering students had a blast virtually meeting Sydnee and some of the inhabitants of Roaring Brook Nature Center! We talked about biomimicry and how humans aren’t the only engineers in our world! #Engineering#BackToSchool2020#NatureRocks 🐢
Excellent first two days of school! Cohort A, you handled our new ways of doing business in person extremely well! Tomorrow, everyone is remote. And Thursday, we welcome Cohort B into the building!
A locker clean out like never before! Thank you to the 7th grade teachers, families and students who made curbside pickup a fun event- it was great to see you!
