London to Sheffield- im booked on the 11.30 train- will my ticket be accepted by LNER? And can I travel at any time (due to the disruption I’d rather just get on with the journey rather than waiting around til 11.30). Thanks!

@thetrainline hi my train (SHF-STP) isn’t running today (and return leg also cancelled) and the next train would get me in over an hour late so I no longer wish to travel. However when I try to get a refund via website booking page it says my ticket isn’t eligible. Please help.

@edsouthall We’re affected by this because our borough wasn’t on the original list of closures (despite being mid league for infection rates). I’m dying to know the rationale as it seemed completely illogical to keep us open when boroughs with far far lower rates were closing.
