@GWRHelp Thanks, so what’s the reason for the 40% increase? Not inflation (too high), not service (no change there), no major world event. It would be helpful to know the basis for the increase at such a rate
@GWRHelp Why have return journey tickets booked 3 months in advance Stroud-Paddington gone up from £56 to £62.50 then to £78 within the space of 3 months? That’s an increase of 40% between June and September.
@GWRHelp Thanks, I check every day and am booking a ticket every week for the same journey. I have not seen any £55 tickets at all for 4 weeks now for the exact same times I was booking before. The December prices have come straight out at £78.

@devereofficial Hi Jack, I eventually got through to head office and arranged my refund. However it has now been 1 month and the money still hasn’t arrived. It’s just unacceptable.
