Biggest Congratulations to Sayre Posey for winning Utah's Teacher of the Year! Sayre is a U.S. History teacher at North West Middle School.

Her selection was announced Thursday, where she and other finalists were honored at a banquet in the Utah State Capitol.

We are thrilled to be working with the @slcschools, @Team_SLEF, @slcecondev, & @SLCgov to bring innovative STEM education to students in our home state!

The Uplift team ran through our program orientation with students and teachers last week to prepare for the 9-week Starborn Academy program at SLCSE-Bryant. During the program, the students will step into the boots of an astronaut and apply STEM concepts to complete space missions 🚀
