@grabph Okay thanks. I’ve already sent this concerns MONTHS ago. Yet was tagged as solved which is untrue. had to resubmit weeks ago then no proper reply yet. I believe repeated “rest assured” promises without resolution can be considered deceptive or unfair business practice.
